One delegated registration on .fm-row serves every file in both lists. The
menu carries a header, icons, shortcut hints, a checkbox whose state your application
owns, a submenu and a destructive item.

overflow: hidden
The pane above is a fixed height box with overflow: hidden, so it cuts its own
last row off at the fold. The menu renders into the browser top layer through the Popover
API, which is why it crosses that edge rather than being clipped with everything else.
