These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of jQueryScript.net, including its articles, plugin listings, tutorials, demonstrations, downloadable resources, hosted assets, submission features, and other services provided through the website.

By using jQueryScript.net, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website and its hosted services.

1. About jQueryScript

jQueryScript is a web development resource that publishes information about jQuery plugins, JavaScript libraries, CSS resources, UI components, tutorials, and related front-end development projects.

Many projects featured on jQueryScript are created and maintained by independent third-party developers. jQueryScript may create its own descriptions, examples, demonstrations, documentation, screenshots, modified demo files, and other editorial or technical material to help visitors evaluate and use these projects.

2. Third-Party Plugins, Libraries, and Software

Plugins, libraries, source code, packages, trademarks, logos, and other third-party materials featured on jQueryScript remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective authors and owners.

Downloading a project through jQueryScript does not grant rights beyond those provided by the project's applicable license. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the original project's license before using, modifying, redistributing, or deploying it.

These Terms of Use do not replace, modify, or override the license attached to a third-party project.

3. Demo Files and Hosted Assets

jQueryScript provides hosted JavaScript, CSS, images, fonts, JSON files, demo data, and other assets primarily for demonstrations, previews, testing, and evaluation.

Hosted demo assets are not intended to operate as a permanent public CDN for third-party production websites unless jQueryScript explicitly states otherwise.

If you use a plugin or library on a production website, you should normally download the required files and serve them from your own website, hosting account, CDN, package manager, or another infrastructure provider appropriate for your project.

jQueryScript does not guarantee that a hosted demo asset will remain available at the same URL, retain the same contents, receive future updates, or continue to operate indefinitely.

4. External Hotlinking and Direct Asset Use

A third-party website may technically be able to load a JavaScript, CSS, image, or other resource directly from a jQueryScript URL. The ability to request such a file does not create a guarantee of permanent hosting or an obligation for jQueryScript to continue serving that resource in its current form.

jQueryScript may update, replace, modify, restrict, redirect, rate-limit, or discontinue externally requested hosted assets when necessary for website operation, security, performance, maintenance, abuse prevention, cost management, promotion, or other legitimate business purposes.

Website owners who require predictable production behavior should self-host the project files rather than depend on jQueryScript demo asset URLs.

5. Promotional Content in Externally Hosted Assets

Hosted assets requested and executed by third-party websites may include promotional content, recommendations, notices, links, or other messages provided by jQueryScript.

Such promotional content may promote jQueryScript, ScriptByAI, other websites or services operated by us, relevant tools and resources, or selected third-party products and services.

Promotional content may appear as part of, next to, or near an interface generated by a hosted JavaScript asset. It may be displayed independently of whether a visitor interacts with the underlying plugin or component.

Promotional content will not intentionally require a visitor to click it in order to use the underlying third-party website, and promotional links will not intentionally impersonate the host website's navigation, system messages, download controls, or application functions.

If you operate a website that directly loads a jQueryScript-hosted asset and do not want promotional content delivered through that hosted asset, you should download an appropriate copy of the underlying project and host it from infrastructure under your own control, subject to the project's applicable license.

6. Hosted Asset Modifications

A file hosted by jQueryScript may differ from the original upstream project file. Hosted copies may contain demo-specific configuration, compatibility changes, documentation helpers, notices, technical adjustments, promotional elements, or other modifications made for use on jQueryScript or through its hosted services.

You should not assume that a file served from a jQueryScript demo URL is identical to the latest file published by the original project author.

If an exact upstream version is important to your application, obtain it from the project's repository, package distribution channel, official download, or another source identified by the project maintainer.

7. Availability and Changes to Hosted Resources

jQueryScript may change the availability, location, content, behavior, caching policy, access rules, or delivery method of hosted resources at any time.

We may also block or restrict requests from particular domains, networks, automated systems, applications, or traffic sources when we determine that such access creates excessive resource usage, security concerns, technical problems, abuse, or other operational issues.

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, layout changes, JavaScript errors, missing resources, degraded functionality, or other effects on third-party websites that depend directly on jQueryScript-hosted assets.

8. Acceptable Use

You may access and use jQueryScript for normal research, development, evaluation, and personal or commercial web development activities, subject to these Terms and the licenses that apply to individual third-party resources.

You may not use jQueryScript or its infrastructure to:

• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, servers, or data.
• Intentionally overload, disrupt, scrape, crawl, or automate requests at a level that materially affects the service.
• Use jQueryScript-hosted files as a general-purpose file hosting or CDN service without permission.
• Remove or circumvent access controls, usage restrictions, technical notices, or security measures applied to hosted resources.
• Misrepresent jQueryScript content or services as your own where doing so would violate applicable rights or laws.
• Use the website or hosted infrastructure for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity.

9. Resource Submissions

When you submit a plugin, library, project, news item, description, link, screenshot, or other material to jQueryScript, you confirm that you have the right to submit that material and that the information you provide is not knowingly unlawful or infringing.

Submitting a resource does not guarantee publication. jQueryScript may edit, categorize, summarize, reject, update, or remove submitted material at its discretion.

You retain ownership of material that belongs to you. By voluntarily submitting material for publication, you grant jQueryScript permission to display, reproduce, format, edit, and use that submitted material as reasonably necessary to review, publish, promote, and maintain the corresponding resource listing.

10. jQueryScript Content

Original editorial content created by jQueryScript, including articles, descriptions, tutorials, documentation, site graphics, page layouts, and other original material, may be protected by copyright and other applicable rights.

Third-party code, project names, trademarks, logos, screenshots, documentation excerpts, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licenses and terms.

You may link to jQueryScript pages. Republishing substantial portions of original jQueryScript editorial content without permission is not permitted unless applicable law expressly allows the use.

11. External Websites and Downloads

jQueryScript contains links to GitHub repositories, project websites, package registries, demos, downloads, documentation, advertisers, and other third-party websites.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, licensing, pricing, downloads, software behavior, or changes made after a link is published on jQueryScript.

You are responsible for evaluating third-party software and websites before downloading files, installing packages, executing code, submitting information, or making purchases.

12. Advertising and Promotions

jQueryScript may display advertising, sponsorships, affiliate links, house promotions, recommended resources, and other commercial content on its website or through eligible hosted assets.

Advertising or promotional relationships do not transfer ownership of third-party projects to jQueryScript and do not change the software license applicable to an independently developed project.

Links to third-party products or services may generate compensation for jQueryScript where an advertising, sponsorship, or affiliate arrangement exists.

13. No Warranty

jQueryScript and its content, demonstrations, hosted assets, examples, downloads, links, and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jQueryScript makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, compatibility, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

Code examples and demonstrations are provided for evaluation and development reference. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and validating any code before using it in a production environment.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jQueryScript and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the website, third-party software, hosted assets, demonstrations, external links, or reliance on information published through the service.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses resulting from service interruption, data loss, software errors, security incidents, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or failures caused by third-party websites or production systems that depend on jQueryScript-hosted demo resources.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Privacy

Your use of jQueryScript is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information may be collected and processed when you access the website and related services.

Requests for hosted assets may generate normal network and server information associated with delivering those resources. Personal data associated with such requests is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms
