Sly is a lightweight jQuery plugin that make it easier to add awesome Scrolling effect to your website. It supports Vertical scroll, Horizontal scroll and infinite scroll.
Sly supports navigation with:

- scrollbar (dragging the handle or clicking on scrollbar)
